Terms & Conditions

1.  Orders will be processed according to the plan and elevation made at the time or shortly after your order is placed.

2.  We can accept amendments before manufacturing of your kitchen, but amendments made after that date may be subject to further charges.

3.  You may not cancel an order for made to measure goods. For other goods, a cancellation charge may be applied.

4.  Your order may contain some items which are delivered by us  and some which may be delivered directly to you by the manufacturer of the goods. Delivery by us and delivery by the manufacturer may not be on the same day. You will be contacted to make the necessary arrangements for delivery.

5.  We aim to deliver your order within the lead-time discussed at the time of your order. If circumstances arise beyond our control, we shall contact you to arrange an alternative date.

6.  It is your responsibility to ensure you have sufficient space to accept delivery of your goods.

7.  Goods must be delivered within three months of being available for delivery. Beyond that time, a charge of 2% per week on the value of the goods will be charged for storage.

8. If we agree to store goods until such time as you are ready for delivery, goods must be paid for at the time we start to store the goods.

9.  Please note we cannot accept any refunds or exchanges for made to measure goods.

10.  Where payments are made direct to manufacturers’ of goods arranged by ourselves, we shall accept responsibility, as if payment had be made to ourselves.

11.  We shall advise you as to the names of the approved  installers who fit your kitchen. You will pay them direct for their services and the work will form a contract between you and the installers. All our installers are fully insured. If any problems occur during or after the installation, such problems can be directed at ourselves or the installers for resolution, but we do not accept any contractual liabilities for works carried out on your property.

12.  Any payment made to us for installation will be in the form of deposit on materials. It will not form a contract for the works.

13.  You are responsible for ensuring goods are insured once they are delivered to your property.

14.  It is possible that on removal of the existing kitchen, certain unforeseen works may have to be carried out. We advise all customers to keep a contingency for such works. Any such works will be costed by the installers and payment for any additional works carried out by the installer should be made direct to the installer and will form a separate contract between you and the installer.

Terms:

‘You’ means the person or persons placing the order

‘We and Our’ means Jacob Graff Design

‘Order’ means the order placed by you

‘Made to Measure Goods’ means goods made to your specific requirements.

‘Installer’ means the contractor approved by us to carry out your work.
